Our little family of four absolutely LOVED our stay at Villa La Estancia in this spacious, luxurious villa. I was amazed at how big the balcony was and the view of the water and the rock formations from the balcony were pretty spectacular. I didn't think we'd need all the bathrooms but it was actually really convenient. The kitchen has all the basics/essentials and everything was tidy and neat throughout the villa. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of towels, and we slept like babies every night.
The check-in process was super smooth -- we were essentially treated like guests of the property and had access to the concierge and hotel staff for any needs. We have younger kids so it was nice that the pool at La Estancia was not too crowded or hectic. I really like the slow, shallow sloping of several of the pool which were great for the kids and also nice to sunbathe on.
Just as an FYI for anyone considering it, this would actually be pretty convenient to bring my in-laws or another couple to share the villa. There is a common gated entry way, one room and bathroom with it's own door, and then a door to the kitchen, dining and living room, and master bedroom and master bath. The balcony is shared between the two rooms.
Poolside food was quite yummy, a step up from the usual pool food, and we thought the market (snacks, milk, cereal, alcohol, drinks. etc) at the neighboring property was super convenient. The staff were soooo nice and attentive. I really liked how it was a cash free resort and all charges were sent to your room, it was nice to not have to think about having cash on hand.
Our flight out wasn't until the afternoon and Kristen was happy to let us check out later than the usual 11:00AM which allowed us to spend one more morning on the beach. Communication was always prompt and courteous.
Can't wait until we can come back!!!

The Villa and luxurious, ample for 6 people, with full kitchen and a big balcony. We walk up every morning and either walk to the beach to see the sunrise and watch it from our balcony. The sunset can also be seen from the balcony (which has a wet bar). All amenities one can dream in a home are here! But the most impressive amenity to us is actually the people! They are so nice, very helpful and they work very hard to make you feel welcome and almost as part of their family. We are coming back again.

From the very beginning, our experience with Kristen was extremely enjoyable. We had an issue come up and she was extremely considerate and accommodating. Couldn't have been nicer. Upon our arrival at the property, we were greeted by the villa's private concierge who made margaritas and provided chips and fantastic guacamole in the unit. After a long day of traveling it was perfect. My wife was particularly impressed. The unit is large and beautiful. Fully furnished with everything you need.The photo in the listing is truly taken from that balcony. It's a very large deck where we had several meals and a lot of drinks. It's a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End.
This is a first class resort with real owners, not just timeshare people or hotel guests moving in and out all the time. There were no sales pitches or pressure of any kind. Staff was excellent, helpful and professional. Checking in and out was a breeze. There are three resorts linked together, with Villa Estancia being the most high end of the three. Food at a couple of the neighboring sites' restaurants was iffy at best, but since we enjoy going into town and experiencing different venues, that wasn't really an issue.
The resort is right on Medano beach in a quiet location but not far from town and all of the activities. Definitely a five star experience. We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious villa. The pool is lovely and the staff attentive. It's just a short walk down the beach to the heart of Cabo.

We loved our stay at Villa Estancia! The rooms were beautifully furnished and so spacious. The pool area was the perfect place to relax during the day and sip delicious cocktails.
If we come back up Cabo we’ll definitely stay at La Estancia again.

When I first looked at this property there were only 4 reviews, which made me somewhat hesitant but I took the risk because all of the reviews were good! FYI...there are also fabulous reviews in the guests books in the condo. Once I started communicating with Ms. Zamba the beginning of the experience was worth it! She was very patient and kind when I had some challenges sending my payment through and she was attentive to every question that I asked about transportation, restaurants, etc. Moving on to the property...You will see the pictures online and think the place is decent and nice but let me tell you this condo is awesome and my guests and I could not believe how amazing the actual condo was compared to the pictures! Everything is well coordinated, there is a seating area in the master bedroom, there is a mini bar on the balcony, the closet space is awesome, the light colored decor in the bedrooms is a perfect match for ocean living! This villa is also great because it's a condo but the hotel staff will provide for your every want and need! They are kind, ready to assist and focused on customer service. I spent my 40th birthday here and it wafabulous! On the first day we were greeted by the villas private concierge who made margaritas and provided chips and salsa! The second day, I was sent a dessert by property management! The third day, " Happy Birthday Terri" was written on the bed! You can't lose with this rental! It's a private condo with hotel amenities! There is a swim-up bar, beach access, pools, a very well-stocked market on the property and you can visit the other two properties! I loved it! I'm ready to re-book already! Also, downtown Cabo is a short taxi-ride away!! Enjoy this fabulous property like I did!!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay. When I booked this I had no idea what a GEM this was going to be. We were so happy with this wonderful, spacious place. The location was perfect. Within walking distance right up the beach to downtown. There are several places to eat right on the 3 properties but many others right down the beach. There is a market and cafe with great cakes right on site. My daughter got sick while during our stay and there is a doctor and pharmacy right on site as well. There is a trolley that runs between the 3 sister properties. This place was super clean. The gym was great, always a machine open to use. The pool was warm and staff was good about bringing drinks and checking on you. I would advise to get down before 8 am to save your chairs. The patio on this place was huge with lots of furniture to sit and a mini fridge outside. The staff was always so nice and helpful. If we return to Cabo we would stay here definitely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return! The owner was easy to work with and recommended a limo/transfer service that was great. The condo unit was very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. It was perfect for our family of two adults and four teens, there was plenty of room for all of us and the master bedroom and bath was very spacious and private. There's a huge patio with great views of the ocean. House cleaning came every other day which worked out very well. The only thing I would suggest is that the kitchen could use a larger trash can. The resort was beautiful! The pool was very nice, not crowed and the service from the staff was great. Nice gym facility onsite and the Desert Spa next door was amazing! The resort is located directly on one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. The ocean waves were a little strong at times but still swimmable. We went into town or walked down the beach for dinner most nights but did eat a couple of lunches at the pool area and the food was good. We just preferred to venture out and experience more of Cabo. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort and renting from this owner.

Excellent accommodations with wonderful staff. Very clean. Once you check in and leave a credit card, everything is charged to the room if purchased on the property (and sister properties). Our only item we would recommend improvement on is the Steak House (La Casona) on the property: great food but not enough proportionally. We don't recommend going for dinner unless you want an excellent culinary light meal for expensive prices. Go off property to downtown to Ruth's Cris for a steak meal :) but that wouldn't stop us from returning! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you staff for your hospitality!
